Do you stock the framed art shown on your website?
We stock our large wholesale showroom with several thousand framed art pieces at all times. Many of our customers stop by and choose pieces directly from our showroom. You can also place orders 2-4 weeks in advance and we’ll frame your order just for you. This ensures that all of the items you choose will be available when you stop by for pick up or we can ship your order directly to you.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! Please refer to our Shipping page for pricing and other shipping information.
What are your lead times for orders?
Most orders can be accommodated within 2-4 weeks.
What are your terms of payment?
Credit Card Terms: The card is charged at the time of shipping the product.
Net 30 terms must be approved. Upon approval we expect a payment by check within 30 days. If the balance is not paid in 30 days or if a credit card is used to pay the balance at 30 days, the customer will revert to Credit Card Terms.
I like your art, but I’m looking for a different style of frame. Do you have more frame options?
While our website shows our most popular frames, and this is what we tend to stock our showroom with, we also have available via pre-order a stock of approximately twenty additional moulding profiles. Call us if you would like to price or order any of our other mouldings.
For larger jobs we have access to many additional moulding profiles. Call if you are interested in having us work with you to find a moulding that meets your needs.
Your artwork just isn’t my style – do you have other artwork available?
Yes! We work with numerous art publishers offering a broad range of artistic styles. Coupled with our extensive collection of framing options, we can help you create a piece of art to meet any style or niche. Call us to learn more.
Do you offer custom framing?
While we don’t generally custom frame single items, we do work with our wholesale clients on larger custom projects like hotels or to manufacture specific product lines for their unique needs. Call us and we’d be happy to discuss your options.
